WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

  • We hope you will be satisfied with our products, but if for any reason you don't like them, it's okay, you can return the items. To return products, please submit your request to our e-mail address info@gyspecialcollection.com within 15 days of receiving your order, then you will have another 7 working days to send the products to us. The Item(s) must be in perfect condition, unworn, and with all tags still in place. Once we received the item(s), we will be happy to exchange, credit or refund. Please allow us 7 days for your return to be processed.

  • Please obtain proof of postage for returned items as GY Special Collection cannot refund until the goods are received. While returning, goods lost in the post remain the responsibility of the customer. GY Special Collection does not pay for the return shipping fee unless the goods are faulty.

  • All clearance items are final sale and can’t return. To avoid any wrong sizing, please check our size charts here before making your purchase.
